New tutorial for non-PEAR users

Cerad posted a new tutorial on the wiki to describe his installation of symfony without using PEAR.

As a bonus, he explained his Apache setup (without defining a new virtual host).

You can read it this tutorial on the symfony wiki.

Even if symfony doesn't yet fully supports non virtual host configuration (Alias settings), you can read my post on the forum to see what's coming next.
