Symfony 3.1.0-RC1 released

Symfony 3.1.0-RC1 has just been released. Here is a list of the most important changes:

yeah email links are leading to 404s, I had also commented on the same for the previous article symfony.com/blog/symfony-3-1-0-beta1-released
