What it’s like to work at Ticketpark
- We are strong supporters of a calm, joyful work environment. Many of the team work part-time, and all of us enjoy activities outside of work.
- We believe in the benefits of a 7-hour workday, which allows to be focused for a higher percentage of the working time, while also allowing for an improved work-life balance.
- Still, sometimes an extra-effort is needed. A long day may be required once in a blue moon.
- We are a remote-first company. Communication happens mainly on Slack, via video chat and on Github.
- We have offices in Bern, Switzerland, that can be used if you visit or live in the area. The full team meets once a year for a retreat in the mountains or somewhere else.
- Every team member is expected to care deeply about real customer needs. Our clients stick with us because of their great experience with us, rather than being locked in by a long-term contract.
- Team members enjoy the fullest mutual trust and strive to live up to this responsibility.
- We often say thank you and please to each other, and prefer acts of real appreciation over standardized birthday cards.
- You may expect fair compensation based on your education, experience, and cost of living in the country where you live.
