New Symfony Core Team Member: Kévin Dunglas

I'm pleased to announce the addition of Kévin Dunglas as a new member of the Symfony Core Team.

Recently, Kévin has been working hard on the Serializer component. He is doing an amazing job and the Symfony 2.7 version of the component will come with many great improvements. So, as of today, Kévin is joining the group of deciders but also the group of mergers for the Serializer component.
