Senior PHP Developer
Manchester | Hybrid, 2 days onsite, 3 days remote | £70,000 to £80,000
Our client is a fast growing data business whose platform is used by a wide range of media and digital partners. They’re looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join their Manchester team and help build and scale their API platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Writing clean, testable PHP code
- Managing integrations with third party providers and partners
- Improving performance and reliability across the platform
- Reviewing code and supporting other developers
What you’ll bring
- Senior level commercial experience with PHP 8
- Laravel or Symfony
- Strong API design and integration experience
- MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Automated testing, Docker and CI/CD
- AWS or similar cloud experience
Nice to have
- Redis, message queues or real time technologies
