Senior PHP Symfony Developer — eHealth / Hospital Solutions
We are looking for strong Senior PHP Symfony Developers to support the development and implementation of innovative eHealth solutions for hospitals.
The client has a continuous demand for experienced PHP Symfony developers, so qualified candidates may be considered on an ongoing basis.
Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of total software development experience Strong experience with PHP 8.x or higher Strong experience with Symfony 7.x or higher Experience developing and integrating REST APIs Solid expertise in healthcare interoperability standards: HL7 v2.x FHIR DICOM REST APIs Experience with telephony application development, including voice-based telephony, call-flow development, phone-based workflows, and/or AI-assisted phone communication applications At least 3 years of experience with: PHP 8+ Symfony or similar PHP MVC framework Twig Doctrine MySQL or MariaDB JavaScript Confident use of the Linux shell Fluent English, both written and spoken Strong technical communication skills Ability to explain technical topics clearly and bring personality to technical discussions
