In order to increase diversity in our community, we want to focus on building up more diverse speakers at our events by organizing an online workshop for people who identify as being part of an underrepresented group. This is a hands-on workshop that aims to cover all the important things needed, from coming up with talk proposals to speaking confidence along with a chance to practice speaking in a small group. Symfony 4.3 adds new env var processors to allow defining default values for undefined env vars and to allow trimming their values.
